“Sunrise Beach Villa Resort was a great location for us. A private pool and beach access made for a very relaxing stay. Atlantis and all the shops and restaurants around it were within an easy 15 minute walk and cabs were plentiful. The owner was incredibly responsive and very easy to work with. Can’t wait to come back.”

“Fantastic unit for our stay! Owner was extremely helpful with anything we asked and responded quickly! The property is great and the beach access was AWESOME! There were maybe 4 other people near us on the beach at any one time, so so nice!! Would recommend this rental over and over! Also…don’t listen to the poor reviews of Violas, food was very good and service was top notch!”

“Second time here. Although it's dated, it still has many benefits. Off the beaten path, it's away from all the tourist madness, but walkable to Atlantis and the ferry. You can do as much or as little as you want. Right on the most picturesque beach in the world. The staff is very helpful and the rooms are very clean. But again, it is dated and you shouldn't expect a 5-star experience. The price is small when compared to the wonderful and relaxing environment. I will be back every year. Love it! ”

“The BEST for a family vacation. We got early check in accommodations, on site property manager was extremely helpful. Property was beautifully maintained, clean and well furnished. Just steps from the beautiful pool and then a few steps from the pool to the white sands beach. We had an excellent family vacation and would absolutely recommend it to everyone!”

The villa (#220) itself was extremely clean, spacious, and well-maintained. We especially appreciated the provided beach chairs and umbrellas — such a thoughtful touch. The walk to the beach took less than five minutes, and the beach was absolutely stunning. We couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing and picturesque getaway.”

“Perfect location for resting vacation with the family. Only negative point for the time share team that lures you behind a free breakfast and take 1h30 of your time to convince you to buy in. Don’t go unless you intent to do it because they are very agressive. ”

“It was my birthday trip. Blue Ocean Village made it incredible and unforgivable. Lonah is a very friendly and helpful host. We got everything that we need for one week stay. Clean all around the cottage (we stayed at Bimini),fresh bath and beach towels. Private beach was unexpected too "private." We were almost always by ourselves. I'm definitely recommending this place.”
