“Make sure they give you guys the right directions I had 3 hours looking for the location to be told when I got to " Santa Fe " that is was at the wrong location and then they also did not answer the phone to help me. It was a horrible experience and they wouldn't give me my money back!”

But the second time was horrible.The staff it was a “gentleman”and he was really acting like “robo cop”.I reminded him that I was paying for the room, that it wasn’t free.The bedroom pocket door got stuck, I let him know and he said” why did I close it?That it’s not necessary to close?I just didn’t feel comfortable the way I was received. We only slept and during the day we were sightseeing. I thought very highly of this place at first. But definitely will not……
