Lovely home and great service

This house is lovely, it’s spacious and has a fantastic outdoor area with a large swimming pool. The property manager is lovely and very helpful with quick response times. We really enjoyed our stay. Please note that, there is a cleaning fee that needs to be paid in cash at the end of your stay and towels are not provided.

Amazing villa amazing view

Amazing villa, amazing view and fantastic location. Best rental we have had in this part of France. Excellent communication with the owners and local point of contact. Air conditioned bedrooms were welcome due to the temperature on our arrival. The villa was well equipped and beautiful inside. Lovely village with a few restaurants and supermarket. Truly amazing house with what can only be described as the best view in the world.

The nicest villa we've stayed in, lovely.

We all enjoyed our holiday at the villa. The pool was amazing, we went in every day, one little issue would be the steps in and out of the pool, are not easy to see. The location was very scenic and beautiful. The electric sun blinds were very much appreciated in the midday sun. Bedrooms and Bathrooms all very well laid out and lovely. Plenty of seating, tables and sun lounger's for all. We would definitely recommend this villa to all our friends. Sophie welcomed us to the property and was extremely helpful. The house itself is fantastic. It is big, beautiful, and comfortable, but the way it is managed completely undermines the stay. At checkout we were suddenly asked to pay 130 in cash for cleaning even though the listing says “no hidden fees, all fees included.” That charge is hidden in a PDF after booking and never shown in the VRBO price breakdown.Basic essentials were also missing. There were no towels, no soap, no dish soap, and not enough toilet paper. When I raised this, the host explicitly responded that there is no VRBO policy requiring them to provide toilet paper. Who travels with their own towels and toilet paper for a vacation rental?The hosts were extremely difficult to deal with and even sent the cleaning lady to collect the surprise fee, which was awkward and clearly not the first time she has had to deal with it. The house itself is five stars but the way it is run is one star at best.

Die Lage ist – abgesehen von gelegentlicher Musik der Nachbarn – sehr gut für einen Urlaub im Hinterland der Côte d’Azur. Die Strände erreicht man in etwa 30 bis 50 Minuten mit dem Auto. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im Ort (ca. 5 Minuten Fahrzeit) oder für größere Einkäufe in Montauroux (ca. 20 Minuten). Für Ausflüge nach Cannes, Nizza, Monaco, St. Tropez oder in die Verdonschlucht sollte man 60 bis 90 Minuten einplanen.Zum Haus selbst: Der Platz ist für acht Personen ausreichend, der Pool angenehm groß. Die Sonnenliegen sind allerdings durchgelegen; bei unserem Aufenthalt war nur ein Sonnenschirm nutzbar, zudem waren zwei Markisen defekt – insgesamt also zu wenig Schatten. Das Poolhaus eignet sich hervorragend zum Spielen und Essen, allerdings fehlt auch hier eine seitliche Beschattung.Sauberkeit: Angesichts der Endreinigungspauschale von 170 fanden wir den Reinigungszustand ungenügend.Fazit: Insgesamt waren wir dennoch zufrieden.

Vacance famille

Extérieur de la maison , piscine pergola ... magnifique . Y'a rien à dire l'extérieur est magnifique . Calme .La propreté des couverts, cafetière, wc .... laissé a désiré . On a du nettoyer ce qu'on aller utiliser à notre arrivé. Passe 1 semaine en famille à rester 5 jours sur 7 dans la piscine et se reposer c'est le droit idéal .Par contre il fait la voiture pour tout (pain,magasin ...)Seul mauvaise surprise ça été la chambre 5, en fait c'est un canapé convertible mais dans une mini véranda sans Clim et plein soleil . Donc non ce n'est pas une chambre.Sinon la dame qui accueil arrivé et départ est super gentil, très disponible . Je recommande cette maison avec piscine pour des familles qui veulent profiter piscine et détente 5j dans la semaine . Si c'est pour visiter des marchés tous les 1-2 jours, voir la mer... il faut compter 25-30mî avec route de montagne pour y aller du coup c'est pas le top.À part ça, nous avons passé de bonnes vacances

sehr schönes Haus, die Sauberkeit der Küche und der Sanitärbereiche ließ bei Übergabe allerdings zu wünschen übrig. Da fragt man sich, wofür eine Endreinigungsgebühr fällig wird. Der Außenbereich mit Pool ist allerdings hervorragend.

Urlaub in Frankreich

Das Objekt war genau wie beschrieben. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen, da es nichts auszusetzen gibt. Ein Pool in einer ordentlichen Größe lädt jederzeit zum schwimmen ein. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und lädt zum völligen entspannen ein. Man kann nur sagen "ein perfekter Urlaub"!!!

Traumhafte Außenanlage mit Poolterrasse

Die Außenanlage mit großem Pool, Terrasse und Garten ist unglaublich schön und sauber. die neue Außenküche und Dusche - sehr geschmackvoll und modern. Eine tolle Lage mit Ausblick in die Natur.Gute Ausgangslage zum Mountainbiken ( Garage für die Fahrräder - perfekt). Das Haus hat eine gute Einteilung der Räume für 2 Familien. Tipp an das Reinigungspersonal : Etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit sollte der Sauberkeit an manchen Stellen in der Küche und in den sanitären Räumen geschenkt werden, das würde den Gesamteindruck aufwerten und das hätte das Haus auch verdient. Dafür hätten wir gerne eine höhere Gebühr bezahlt. Insgesamt hatten wir eine wunderbare Zeit und können das Haus auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Vielen Dank dass wir da sein durften.

Lohnt eine Wiederholung!

Großzügiges Ferienhaus, in dem es an nichts fehlt! Mit seinen getrennten Schlafbereichen und Bädern ideal für 2 Paare oder Familien. Gepflegter Außenbereich mit großem Pool, schöner Boulebahn und weitläufigem Spielbereich für Kinder mit Spielgeräten. Phantastischer Weitblick, der sich mit dem Sonnenverlauf immer wieder neu darbietet. Die freundliche Verwalterin Sophie war zuverlässig erreichbar. Danke für zwei erholsame Urlaubswochen zwischen Meer und Pays de Fayence!

Gerne wieder!

Wir waren im August mit 4 Erwachsenen und 5 Kindern zu Besuch. Top Aussicht, super Außenanlage (Pool, riesige Terrasse, Boule-Platz), saubere Schlafzimmer (3/4 sind klimatisiert), sehr gut sortierte Küche inkl. Induktionsherd. Outdoor steht ein gut gepflegter Plancha-Grill bereit. Man ist auf das Auto angewiesen, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. 5 Minuten zum Bäcker und zum nächsten Supermarkt, ca 30-35 Minuten zum Strand. Absolut netter Kontakt zu den Vermietern und der Kontaktperson vor Ort. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen!

Traumhafte Lage, riesiges Haus mit toller Außenanlage

Schöner kann ein Haus nicht liegen. Riesiges Grundstück, toller Pool und Terrasse. Aufs Auto ist man definitiv angewiesen, dafür liegt das Haus wunderschön ruhig außerhalb. Alles vorhanden was man braucht, Schlafräume klimatisiert, draußen mit tollem Grill, Parkplatz, abgeschlossenes Grundstück. Sehr zu empfehlen. . 30 Minuten zum Meer, wunderschöne Landschaft. Unkomplizierte Übergabe mit Kontaktperson, Abreise sogar frühmorgens möglich.
