"因為前年住在蘇州皇冠假日酒店體驗非常好，所以今次去北京也選擇這間酒店，可是不是我預期。首先我是訂了2間高級超大床房間，但其中一間嘅浴室有一條大柱，令到空間不大。再者裝修已舊，浴室敞木門還會持續發出聲音，令人困擾。值得一贊是房內清潔很好，服務員蘇秀俊姨姨笑容非常親切，態度非常好。"

"Good location, right smack in the city. My check in was delayed even though it state 2pm and i checked in at 2. So had to wait till 3 to get a clean room. Came back at 3 and they said it was not ready. Anyway one of the manager came in and saved the day and gave me a room immediately. The only grief was that because i used my non chinese card to enter china, i had to re register my hotel card every evening after i get back.. it is quite inconvenient for me. Saving grace was Nathan, bell boy who went the extra mile to help me retrieve my delivery from the delivery box as i wasnt able to do so.. i think its not the same 5 star pan pacific experience as i would expect but overall it was a good stay. The reception staff probably needs a lot more training. I"
