Don’t waste your money

Check in was a nightmare very unorganized staff it was like we never had a room booked. Check out wasn’t much better. Every time you logged on to the wifi there was log on issues. The room was spacious and clean so no complaints there

Charges for every little thing. Internet sucked for my entire stay. Kept having to login after being kicked off every few minutes. Basic hotel @ premium price. Final kicker, 500php charge for room key card. I will pick another hotel for our next visit.

The check in started at 1500 instead of the normal 1500. Once I went to the counter, I had to wait another 35 minutes just to get the room key. When we got ti the room, the bathroom stunk. Housekeeoing came and scrubbed the floor. There was a false fire alarm around 0200. The hotel staff did not apologize or offer any vouchers or credits to ameliorate the outrage. Breakfast was substandard. Juice was flavored sugar water, and food choices were minimal. Check out was another fiasco...25 minutes to check out. The only thing that this hotel has going for it is that it is in Baguio.

The sweet banana they served for breakfast was sour and it made me vomit. The checking out wasn't smooth and friendly. I waited for more than 20 minutes just to be told that one of the room I reserved had a towel with coffee stain. Therefore, they're required to charge me 200 pesos for coffee spilled. The front desk had the audacity to asked me what to do with the coffee stained towel. The staff apologized for the inconvenience, but I said no need to apologize because it was my fault to reserved a room and stay there. If you like a dingy looking towels, this is for you. If you like waiting 20 minutes to check out, this is for you. I will NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone. One mistake is plenty for me!

Two thumbs up. Cozy and affordable

The hotel is very new and location is near the tousrists spots like burnham park and session road wherein you can travel by foot in just 10 to 15 mins. The staff are very accommodating, very nice and always smile, aside from all the staff have pleasing personality. We came early in baguio due to early bus schedule and the hotel granted us to check in early which we feel very pleased. We also had the chance to meet one of the owner as she is also helping the staff, that she is the one who delivered our food in the room. The room with balcony is cozy and modern, well lightened and the furnitures are all new. The bed is clean and covered in linen, as well as the pillows. They also replenish toiletries, bottled water, coffee and tea everyday when you request to make up your room. There are few variation of breakfast meal to choose from but the food was delicious and the hotel’s restaurant offers a dimsum promo from 2pm to 5pm where you can enjoy all dumplings almost half the price. The hotel is still work in progress so you can hear some few noises due to construction but after 6pm you can start to have a peaceful rest. Overall experience, you can enjoy the hotel like one of the top hotels in baguio similar to holiday inn but affordable and worth the price. Will sure to visit again in my future vacation.

NOT WORTH for the PRICE !!!

I did not expect that our stay here is NOT WORTH it !! 1. Every time I book an hotel I always contact them as much as possible for any changes, request or info I need but in Orchard when you message them in the website they never reply. In mobile number they will reply to you a day after you send a message. 2. Check-in time advertised here is 2pm but when you arrived at the hotel they will said that its 3pm. 3. Security Deposit advertised is 500 only but in reality its 3,000 4. Room doesn't have a cabinet to put all your things. only a cabinet for the mini ref, vault and a shoe cabinet. 5. I dont know if she is a Manager in their rooftop restaurant but the way she ask me what we want in our breakfast is not pleasing. Also I dont understand that they have a buffet breakfast in weekend and only 1 meal in weekday and take note 3 choices of dish only. (1 dish, egg and rice) cannot request again if you are hungry. 1 flavor or Juice and a Coffee for drinks. only 1 type of fruit.

Difficult Parking

Very difficult parking. There was an event all 3 nights that we were there. If you leave in the morning expect not to be able to park when you come back in the afternoon.

Bad judgement by housekeeping and front desk

When I checked out they let me me pay extra 500.00 pesos for a stained towel that they said I had stained and they said it will not come off however I took the towel home and washed it and the stain came off easily. If only I live closer I should have brought it back and showed it to the staff front desk people but I have to go back to Manila, what a horrible way to extort money from guest.

One of the best hotel I stayed in Baguio City, we arrived a bit early and reception let us checked in early.Very courteous staff and crews, from reception, kitchen down to the domestic.not to forget the security guard who is very helpful to call taxi for us. I like the breakfast buffet,Different menu every morning. The only downside was that, we were supplied with toothbrush only once and we were there for 6 nights. I rang reception about this but was told I need to pay for it. Also there’s no closet only hangers, no iron but I’m sure we can borrow from if we need to. There’s also a crack on the mirror but we don’t mind. I will definitely come back here and would also recommend to my friends.

Fresh and new hotel for family

Rooms were clean and very new. Door in the bathroom is quite weird, si expect some wet floors, just ask for extra floor mats. Smells good, price is okay when not in peak season. Walking distance to burnham park. King chef resto is at the lobby and serves as breakfast.

Our guests are really satisfied with the place. Rooms are big, nice and comfy. Great place to stay. With free breakfast included unlike to any other hotels i booked thru Expedia that breakfast is not yet included. Until next time!
