“Fatal ! La reserva ponía entrada a partir de las 12:00 h y no querían darnos habitación hasta las 16:00 h. La tv no tenía canales en castellano estando en España , ni ningún tipo de información del hotel estaba en castellano. Y la información era engañosa había una botella de vino de cortesía y luego la cobraron cuando no estaba indicado precio en ningún sitio, la atención del personal nefasta y lo peor admiten mascotas, a la tarde 4 horas después del check in en el que no nos dijeron nada ,……

“Tricky hotel ! I pay 170 euro to upgrade the room but the first night I stay the temperature like sauna ! The air conditioner doesn’t work and the secondary I fount the filters all dust ! “Das Report liegt ca 5 min vom Strand und es gibt etliche Einkaufsmöglichkeit , Bars und Restaurants. Parkplätze waren ausreichend vorhanden. Das Appartement ist sehr liebevoll und praktisch eingerichtet.Es hat alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Personal war sehr freundlich und es kam täglich eine Reinigungskraft vorbei. Es liegt sehr zentral und ist sehr ruhig man bekommt vom Trubel nichts mit Wir waren sehr zufrieden ”

“Staff brilliant. Room brilliant. Really enjoyed my stay, and made good use of most of the facilities. Lots of variety in the buffet restaurant. If you’re looking for a retreat then this is great, and would look forward to another visit. Hotel location may not suit everyone as it’s more than a short walk to the seafront. “Loved the property. Very friendly staff especially David at reception answered all my questions and such an enthusiastic employee. The hotel is 230 rooms or so so not gigantic which I enjoyed. Plenty of lounge chairs at pool and easy walk to the beach where you do have to go down 3 floors of stairs as its a cliff. The quality of buffets was excellent and rotated daily. Would definitely recommend.”
