「The property is beautiful, but the staff will leave you wanting more. This is a beautiful resort in a beautiful location. We found however compared to all inclusive resorts in other countries, the staff just had no desire to please the guests. There was no urgency or willingness to help. They just show up and do their jobs. Which for some people may be fine, but we are used to extreme levels of hospitality at all inclusive resorts. It all started from check in. We checked in after midnight...

「I don’t think the hotel can really be considered a 5‑star property. The staff is good, but the hotel needs maintenance, especially the air conditioning. Also, the bathroom cleaning needs improvement — there are areas with mold. In any case, the stay was pleasant. Breakfast was good, and the customer service and security are impeccable.」

「Vista da praia bonita, praia linda, hotel limpo, quartos com camas um pouco antigas mas ok. Funcionários bem educados e prestativos. Não gostamos que quando fizemos reserva nos informaram que fariam coisas veganas no café da manhã e não fizeram nada, tivemos que comprar no mercado proteína vegana e coisas pra comer. 」
