A very nice hotel. Friendly staff, very clean and they made a real effort for my”speacil needs” breakfast. Disntbuse the spa but it looked fantastic. A well run hotel with real emphasis on customer service. The only negative thing was that the hotel was “closed” on arrival (12:30 am) and if there had not been a few people in the bar outside I am not sure how we would have got in.

Das Hotel wird als Nebenhaus eines grösseren und schöneren Hotels in der Nachbarschaft geführt. Wurde wohl gerade übernommen. Es gibt keinen Service im Hotel und keinen Ansprechpartner. Man muss alles im Nachbarhotel regeln und zu diesem Zweck ein Stück über die Strasse laufen. Das Personal ist freundlich, zum grössten Teil aber unprofessionell. Das Sternerestaurant ist empfehlenswert. Leider laufen während des Essens ständig Gäste in Bademänteln an der Glaswand des Restaurants vorbei, was das Ambiente stört. Die Bar bietet ausgezeichnete Cocktails und sehr guten Service, allerdings nur wenn Martin im Dienst ist.

Prima hotel!!!!

Prachtige 3 dagen gehad hier in schwarzenberg in een prima hotel,waar s‘ morgens een super ontbijt buffet klaar stond- vriendelijke bediening en goede organisatie….matras een beetje verouderd…. Gelegen aan een24/7 stromende beek….super!!!!

It was all so perfect..one of the nicest hotels large or small we have stayed at...and we have stayed at lots. we will ge back there .so quiet and the hills and trails all right there and free bus and rail for that area when you stay in a local place.food so good and nothing was Not the very best.and the hotel staff were so nice and I spoke my bits of German to them.

Gutes Hotel im Schwarzwald

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage für einen Schwarzwald-Urlaub. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Das WLAN im Zimmer ist leider sehr schlecht und limitiert. Leider war im Zimmer auch kein Kühlschrank vorhanden. Das Essen im Restaurant ist gut bis sehr gut, der Service aber verbesserungsfähig (Freundlichkeit, langes warten, Wünsche zum Essen wegen Unverträglichkeiten wurden vergessen). Für Sonderleistungen werden Preise berechnet, auf die wir vorher nicht hingewiesen wurden. Super ist der große Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Der Sauna-Bereich war verschlossen, ohne Hinweis auf eingeschränkte Nutzungszeiten.

Hier fühlt man sich einfach wohl... direkt an der S-Bahn Haltestelle. Essen im Hotel ist prima. Personal sehr freundlich. Kommen gerne wieder.
