From the living room, you enter the breezeway/front entrance with a washer and dryer and access to a shaded porch with table and chairs for four to relax and enjoy.
Outside, you'll love the sunny, open lot and friendly neighborhood, great for walking. From the cottage, you are within walking distance of Cedar Beach (0.4mi), the Bailey Island General Store (0.4mi), Fishnet Cafe (0.4mi), Mackerel Cove (0.8mi), Cook's Lobster & Ale House (1.1mi) and H2Outfitters and Salt Cod Cafe (1.3mi) just over the Cribstone Bridge. Note- The owners of this wonderful home are located next door and the driveway is shared. Given the proximity to neighbors, we do ask that guests respect quiet time between 10pm and 7am.
