「A very pleasant place to relax and get rejuvenated. We were there for our 35th anniversary. Bonnie and Bob, had balloons, a card, and a bottle of wine awaiting us. A nice touch. The view and sound of the crashing waves was great, especially the beautiful sunrises. It was quiet except for the traffic on hwy 35 but we got used to it. We stayed for 1 week and we would definitely stay again.」

「This was our second stay and we stayed for 5 nights. We love it as it is dog friendly, clean and quaint. We enjoyed the fire pit, grill station, hammock and kayaking during sunsets. The views are incredible outside and from the inside. We stayed off season so it was quite chilly, but you can always warm up in the indoor sauna:). Great hiking opportunities in the nearby state parks (Newport and Death Door Bluff), The hosts are very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended!」

「House for a family of 8 was perfect. Lots of open living space to congregate in. A fully stocked kitchen was very nice. Views of the water were stunning. Plenty of bird watching to be had. Lots of onsite activities to keep you occupied. We drove to the Washington island ferry which was 1 hr 20 minutes so the location was a great home base. The check in and checkout was very easy.」

「Quiet out of the way. Off the beaten path. The interior of the cottages were very clean. Could use some updating. Upon walking in there was a strong musty smell. Once in and had door open for a few minutes it did air out. Caution beware. The restaurant and bar are open Wed- Saturday only. There is no other evening food options close by otherwise.
