"Guy(Name) at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional, which made for a very poor first impression. Thankfully, Tyrese completely turned things around. He was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Management should recognize employees like Tyrese and address the poor customer service provided by Guy."

"Hay un señor que de cabello un poco largo y blanco que es muy amable, desgraciadamente no me sé su nombre. Pero los demás jóvenes de la recepción no son amables, su actitud es como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor, pero fuera de eso el hotel esta muy limpio, la habitación es chiquita, esta bien ubicado, como a 25 minutos caminando esta la torre eiffel, como a dos cuadras esta el metro. En general esta bien el hotel, el único detalle es el de recepcion, sobre todo un hombre que obviamente no me sé su nombre"

"Within 20 min walk to multiple metro entery. Making it easy to get around to see highlights. Breakfast was well done with good virety. Outside of hotel is underwhelming and easy to miss. Inside leaves you feeling like 5 star. Biggest issue for us was enjoying the city and leaving the evening meal too late and places close to hotel stopped serving food."

"As a first time tourist to France, this was an excellent location. Minutes to the Eiffel Tower and the Metro. We walked to the Arc de Triumph, easy ride to the Louvre and Le Marais and Notre-Dame Dame, and Versailles. The restaurant had an excellent breakfast, and having dinner once is alright, but we did room service for Bastille Day fireworks. The view from the balcony is a very good view of the fireworks despite that they put us in the second floor and I requested a higher floor months ahead. It’s truly more of a partial view rather than full, but I don’t think that you can better. I would highly recommend it for anyone traveling for the first time. It is quite a busy hotel which is its biggest negative, and no pool or spa, but I didn’t even go to the 24/7 gym."
