Our family had a wonderful time staying in this home. The setting is spectacular with incredible views of the water and the animals that live there. The house is comfortable and very charming. The setting is beyond gorgeous, if you like happen to like beach, forest and calm. The photos do not do the house itself justice. It is a spacious, lovely, thoughtfully-appointed beach home.

David's home is beautiful, well-kept, and in a location that can't be beat. We woke up to the barking of sea lions rafting outside our bedroom window and saw all manner of seabirds. It's an iconic property on Agate Passage. Magical!

Dave is a great host and we were so happy to come back! This time we explored more of Bainbridge and the quaint town of Poulsbo. The weather was so cold that the beach had frost on it and the shells were frozen, but it was still gorgeous!

This is a spectacular waterfront property with a walkable beach and 180 degree view of Agate Pass. The house is very welcoming and comfortable, and the well-maintained garden was in bloom during our stay. Dave is a very thoughtful host and even let us park in his garage which includes a 240V connection for an electric car. This was our second stay, and we are looking forward to returning again in the future.

We did Thanksgiving at the property and had a wonderful experience. The house was clean and very charming. Lots of windows open up to Agate Pass where we saw lots of birds, ducks, and even some seals. The private beach is really fun too with loads of shells to pick through. We’ll be coming back in the future for sure.

Had to pop up to Seattle for work mid-week so decided to bring the fam (a 10 mo old, a 2.5 yr old, and a husband) and wish we could have stayed another week. The pictures do not do the place justice; it is a beautiful home exuding love and care in every room even without the breath-taking location. Several thoughtful touches, the kitchen has everything you need and there were even toys bought specially for my kids. We will certainly be back!

Our family absolutely loved staying in David's home. Excellent location on Bainbridge, beautiful waterfront views, charming and peaceful garden, extremely clean inside and a charming host---what more can you ask for? The minute you open the door you know you’re somewhere special. The house was beautiful, well stocked and very clean. The view out any window was one of a kind. Otters and deer roam the beach steps from the house. Agate Pass traffic was fun watch churning up the water and hearing their wake caress the beach. The only thing to be aware of is the traffic on the main highway to downtown Bainbridge Island and Poulsbo can be be very busy in the early morning and late afternoon.

Thank you David, for an absolutely perfect vacation. The house and gardens were just beautiful and the view every morning- rain or shine- was more than we could have hoped for. The house felt like a home and we made forever memories. We cannot wait to return next summer.

This is a gorgeous and well-maintained property; photos don't do it justice! We had plenty of nature walks on the beach and quiet times together. The weather got stormy during our April stay and it was lovely and cozy to be inside stormwatching! David is an excellent host and our group enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much!
