"Tough property to review. The condo was beautiful and clean, just as listed; and the overall location and area are great. The host was responsive and clearly cares about creating a beautiful setting in the condo. The grounds, however, are in a state of disrepair. The pool was out of order and completely green with algae. The bathrooms at the pool were out of order. The basketball courts were broken. The tennis courts were broken. Pathway lights were broken. Really a shame that such a great condo...

"Clean room and quick response from host. The only thing is I would mention that not everything is walking distance. Jobos beach is walking distance but there’s no 24 hour convenience store to grab the basics- water, snacks, etc- if you don’t have a car. I arrived at 9:30pm and we went to the nearest gas station which was like 3 miles up and we were able to get some water bottles and snacks right before they closed at 10pm. The posting said no car necessary so that felt a little deceiving....
