“There was still trash on the floor. No seal around the door so it was very cold. And the shower is only about 5 feet high so not ideal for anyone taller than that.”

“Clean room, beds comfortable. Only problem was there is no hot tub and pool was not heated so children could only swim for a short time before they got to cold. When we asked if they could turn heat up for pool the staff said only his manager can do that and they are not there on weekends. Disappointed in that but everything else was fine. ”

“ I had a very negative experience during my recent hotel stay booked through Expedia. We were given incorrect rooms upon arrival, and the staff failed to properly address or accommodate the situation. The condition of the room was unacceptable. The shower was dirty, and the floor leading into it was filthy. It was clear that the room had not been properly cleaned. In addition, the hotel appeared to be understaffed, which impacted service and responsiveness. This experience fell far below……

“Quick stay while stuck in a snowstorm. We have stayed here before and we will probably again someday.”

“The room was uninhabitable. After opening the door I instantly noticed a strong odor. It smelled musty and like cigarettes. There were stains/bodily fluids on most surfaces including the night stand, dresser, bed, and floor. I took multiple pictures but they do not do justice compared to the odor. I want a full refund. I never stayed at the property and booked a room at a different hotel. ”
