「This was one of the best rooms we have stayed in a long time. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.」

「Property is dated and worn-not the cleanest. Common areas were warm and humid like AC was struggling. It did feel better in the morning upon checkout. The first room we were put in was dirty, smelly, and very hot. They did move us to a different room and that was better. The room temperature did adjust with the AC. The beds were decently comfortable and the shower was hot and had a few variable settings.」

「The toilet would not flush, room had not been cleaned. The television did not work. We were not offered another room. We didn’t end up staying. We drove back home.」

「Water dripping from ceiling. LOUD A/C system prevented us from sleeping and got for 30 min then cold for 30 min. TV system not user friendly.」

「This hotel is one of the nicer places to stay in Mountain Home. It's not the Ritz - but it is CLEAN (don't let the main lobby area sway you - the rooms were spotless!), and the staff was constantly ABOVE AND BEYOND on asking if you need anything, asking if they can assist in anyway. I usually HATE hotel room carpets - but our room was nearly SPOTLESS. It was a hot day and our room AC was SUPER COLD! We didn't stay long, but the morning, freshly ground and brewed coffee was actually really good....

「My room was on the second floor and there was no elevator. Which is fine unless you are carrying heavy luggage.」

「We booked on Expedia and when we arrived at the property the office was lock up tighter than Dicks hat band and couldn’t find anyone. So we left and they still charged us for the stay!! This is actually a half way house and not a motel. It is very ridiculous to have this on Expedia when no one is around. We would like a full refund!!」
