「Super clean, comfortable and stylish! Located in the center of Burnsville it is an easy walk to all the things. Highly recommend! 」

「Lofty Expectations exceeded every expectation we had! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how beautiful, immaculate, and thoughtfully designed the space is. The loft perfectly balances industrial chic with cozy comfort and modern amenities. We couldn't have asked for a better getaway in the mountains. We are already looking forward to our next visit—5 Stars, highly recommend!」

「Room was great for our stay! Room was a little smaller than it appeared in pictures, but was perfect for the two of us. Would definitely return, possibly in the winter to check it out during ski season! View from the balcony was beautiful. Only about 12-15 min from town to get groceries, places to shop, eat, etc. About a 25 min drive to Beech Mtn for Aurumn at Oz.」

「Overall, the property met expectations. The kitchen was updated, except for the damaged formica countertops. The fireplace was terrific, but we were disappointed the jacuzzi jets were out of order. The view was terrific, but obstructed by trees, not as pictured. The kitchen was well equipped, but we had to supply our own bath soap and t.p. Minor inconveniences. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and hope to return to the area next year.」

「Unit was very clean and smelled nice. Kitchen had what you needed to cook small meals. All directions from the owner were very well conveyed and easy to understand. The only thing that I wish I did know was, this unit is on top of a mountain.」

「Clean, CoolBnB was extremely responsive and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Close to the activities we chose as well! Definitely on par in terms of value as compared to a hotel and we had the ability to cook and be cozy!」

「We walked in to clean unit. We have stayed at other places in the area and they were not clean. No smelly blankets and bedding. If I had questions they were answered quickly. Hoping we will get to stay next year.」

「Our family enjoyed our stay very much! The unit was cozy, clean, comfortable and quiet. Entering the address into Google maps didn’t quite get us to the building, but thankfully there is decent signage for the various villas so we eventually found our way. The Sugar Mountain area is lovely, and we would definitely stay in this home again!」

「The host was very thoughtful in providing every comfort, including snacks and coffee. We enjoyed the view and the proximity to Banner Elk downtown.」

「This 2 bedroom condo was perfect for our stay during the Carolina Gravity Series downhill mountain bike race. The location was right on the ski trails near the base and we could see the racers from the balcony. Our racers could go straight from the condo to the lift/trails so we didn't have to wait at the base while they practiced and prepared for their race. The unit was very nicely decorated and well stocked. Access to the unit was easy, and communication with our host was excellent. We would...

「This little cabin was perfect for the two of us. Loved the balcony. The bed was super comfy. And the host was more than kind. Great pick!」

「Be prepared for second story stairs. There is no elevator or ramp.」

「Great location and very friendly and responsive hosts. Will definitely keep in mind for future trips.」

「The owners were great. Accommodated our needs in a very short amount of time. Would definitely recommend. Great location and a very friendly doe, she will let you pet her. . I did feel the security deposit was a little excessive. But, being at a ski resort I can understand, not though for Land of Oz.」

「Clean and comfortable unit. Well equipped, perfect for families like us: grandparents with daughter, son-in-law and grandson. Well located to enjoy the multiple summer attractions on the area.」
