「Staff and location are great 」

「A great hotel situated at the best end of the promenade offering beautiful views of the sea and flame towers (sea view rooms). Breakfast is lavish and the staff go out of their way to accomodate different food choices (we are vegetarians). Only on one day room was not serviced and had to remind them for it.」

「This is a very European-style hotel. The hotel staff are warm, thoughtful and polite. The disadvantage is that it is not pedestrian-friendly, perhaps because of the characteristics of Baku's transportation plan. There are supermarkets nearby, and there are several restaurants within a short walk. Everything else is very good」

My negative experience began on the first day of my stay when I arrived at the hotel and tried to enter my room using a smart card. I had to try 10-15 times before it finally worked. Upon entering the room, I was hit with a wave of heat, and when I tried to turn on the AC, it was not working.
