「The staff were friendly and helpful, but the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel fall short of what you’d expect at this price point. I found the bedsheet dirty with several yellow marks (possibly from an iron), and the duvet had noticeable red stains resembling blood. These made the room feel unhygienic.

「The location of the hotel was not really that convenient unless you wanted to be in the South Quay area. I didn’t particularly like the industrial vibe of the hotel but each to their own!!」
