「The staffs are helpful」

「位於精華地段 又有免費電車可搭 去哪都方便」

「Need a bit walking from tram station, but it’s quiet and I fell safe at the area. Mind that there’s occasionally sirens sounds, as there’s police station nearby and a fire station next to the hotel. Staff are nice and fluent checkin. The room was generally clean, but we have no shower gel at the first two night, and they don’t refill tissue paper. Of course we can ask for them, but I think they can be more careful and attentive. I was living on 4th floor, and sometimes there’s sound of water...

「I booked this hotel because it was a meeting point of day tours, it was convenient for day tour The staffs were helpful, I arrived at 8:45,and asked for early check in due to the early flight, with the help of the lobby staffs ,we finally checked in at 10:30 Although not bottle waters provided, There was a water machine at the lobby provided hot and cool water. The Room was clean and comfortable. I will choose this hotel next time I come melbourne」

「酒店位置很好 ， 附近比較附韓國餐廳， 有些開到零晨， 晚上到還可以有找到吃的 去維多利亞市場/ 唐人街/ 市中心都基本可以走過去， 10-15 內 房間挺乾淨的， 隔音也滿好👍👍」

「整體感覺非常好，地點優越，方便。房間整潔。酒店員工非常友善，亦積極幫助及回答有關問題。 只可惜酒店旁邊有地盤施工，日頭時分，絕對有噪音的影響。」

「first of all, the sink is quite hard to use, the tap is too close to the edge that water split everywhere. and there was no house keeping even we asked the lady to help and she said ok to come clean our room later. the worst thing is that, it was super noisy during night, we couldn’t sleep for whole night! there was a club or something nearby and the music does not stop till morning! we stayed up all night… the good thing is bed is soft and good to lay on. and hotel is very near southern cross...

「飯店給我們提早入住，並且安排高樓層的房間，飯店配置舒適優雅，住在140年的古蹟飯店裡，非常棒。飯店人員友善服務優秀，飯店位置方便到達電車與地鐵。可惜我被蟎蟲咬了、以及浴缸水龍頭水管很髒，原本想泡澡，但因為水太髒作罷。機場接送到飯店大約35-40分鐘。樓下有英式下午茶可以體驗，一個人89AU，如果有經費，推薦大家可以慢慢享用。附近離唐人街很近，離劇院也很近，大家可以安排一些劇院的文化體驗。」
