Easy check in process The facilities were first class. The food was yummy and the mini bar was probably the biggest and varied choices I’ve ever seen in a hotel room.

This is a brilliant place to stay. The staff are super friendly and always there to help. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need and more. The pool, gym, spa also brillant. Food and coffee excellent too

Total 5 star experience! We stayed one night and definitely needed two nights to fully enjoy this amazing hotel. The room is immaculate, with a very homely feel to it. We enjoyed the pool and gym. I can’t say much more, except that we can’t wait to stay again!

Beautifully designed hotel with very generously sized rooms, and fantastic amenities. Hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful, however bar staff were rude. Really love the hotel, but soundproofing between rooms is terrible - had to change rooms because of noise, but both rooms had the same noise problem.

So nice! Everything from the free fruit at the entrance to the vast array of plants, this place was amazing!! Great location across the bridge to south warf & DFO Loads of restaurants Great amenities- pool, sauna, spa, steam room all amazing!!!! So so nice to stay here, we loved it! Highly recommend!!
