「Clean, friendly, helpful. Attractive rooms. Great bathrooms」

「I went there in winter time. Only around 3 rooms visitors to stay. Breakfast and dinner are half borad buffet. But the quality are really good. The waiter is not good in English. But she really try her best to serve us and introduced the menu. I think she did the great job. The room and bed are very comfortable. Good to relax and sleep very well. Worth to stay.」

「Tolle Lage, direkt am See. Guter SPA Bereich. Leider kostet Parkplatz extra (11,50 pro Tag!), dafür ist dieser überwacht. Bei Check-in war Rezeption leider nicht besetzt, sodass wir warten mussten. Deutsch Kenntnisse vorhanden, ist als positiv hervorzuheben.」

「Das Hotel ist richtig schön, leider manche Stellen sollen die Reinigungskräfte öfters durch. Aufzug war während unser Urlaub nicht einmal gereinigt, und das Teppichboden war dreckig. Personal war sehr nett, und hilfsbereit, das Essen war lecker und ausreichend. Was uns noch nicht gefallen hat, das die Handtüchern trotz Reinigung das Zimmer nicht einmal gewechselt wurde. Ich denke und nach Erfahrung in einem 5 Sterne Hotel dürfte es nicht passieren.」
