"The porch or balcony is very dusty and dirty including the table and chairs. The bath tub is very high and very dangerous once you get out of the bathtub. Standing water around the bathtub, no drainage. There’s only one electrical outlet which was utilized by the small refrigerator and tv. There’s no electrical outlet to charge your cell phone or electronic gadgets inside the room. No electrical outlet in the bathroom neither. One bed has no headboard. "First if all, I would like to say that the staff deserves a 5 * rating for doing their best in assisting me with accomodation problems I encountered during our stay. Problems I encountered: 1. Our first room(507) has air-conditioning problems that the staff helped me transfer to room 219. 2. Moving to room 219, after a while, the room reeked of foul odors that I again requested another room if which they assisted me again. 3. Off we go to room 142 which doesn't smell as bad than 219 and the air-conditioning was working a lot better than 507. We checked the room and found the bed really old and stained, the comforter stained and dirty along the parts tucked in the mattress, the bathroom faucet was leaking lightly, the front door has no security bolt/latch, there was a worm wriggling on bathroom floor beside the toilet bowl. It was already around 10pm , so we just accepted the room as we were already so tired that we just wanna rest. -Will not be going back to that place again-"

"The stay is satisfactory. Pros: price is low, location is correct, towels are provided. Have mini fridge, microwave and kettle as well as 4 plates, 2 glass and 2 mugs. Location is near to other establishments so can stay somewhere else the entire day. Cons: Communication can be improved especially in check-in process. Paid parking if needed. No wifi in property, no toiletries, no drinking water. Overall stay is ok. Managed expectation as to cost and asked host ahead of time what to expect so we can prepare and bring our personal necessities beforehand."
