"Pretty damn cool place "

"When we checked into the hotel, in late afternoon, there were "No" towels in our room. My wife called house keeping and told them that we had "No" towels in our room. After an hour with "No" towels in our room, I called "Housekeeping, Room Service and the Check in counter to tell them that we had "No" towels in our room. After an additional forty-five minutes with "No" towels in our room, I went to the lobby to talk to the Manger. After fifteen additional minutes later someone brought towels to our room. Ten minutes later someone else brought additional towels to our room. And fifteen minutes someone else brought more towels to our room."

"Clean, spacious rooms made our stay incredibly comfortable. The staff truly embodied the warmth of Filipino hospitality, making us feel welcome from start to finish. The amenities were excellent, and the 24/7 shuttle service around the resort was fast and convenient. We enjoyed every moment of our stay, especially the daily full-menu breakfast. Absolutely loved it!"

"Great resort with luxury shopping and 24 hour casino. The room was clean and had a great water view. The breakfast buffet was excellent, providing ample selection for dishes of various cuisines, desserts and fresh fruits. There was a consistent staple of various dishes with other dishes and fresh fruit options changing daily. For the age of the hotel, I would be concerned on the upkeep of the property as the wallpaper in the hallways is peeling off and bubbling. The glass door to the shower did not seal properly, leaving the floor very wet after a shower. Overall, it was a great property to stay at for 4 nights while in Cebu."

"We stayed overnight for my daughter's prom day. Thanks to Pau fr Club lounge who assisted us to have a room right away.the housekeeper who assisted us to make our rollaway bed was kind and helpful -thank you! The room was clean and our sleep was comfortable. It was a quiet relaxing night. "
