「I booked 3BR from expedia, but ai was given different unit than described. Unit was dirty, cockroach all over the place. AC was leaking in the room, toilet was leaking. Complained to the host/property owner and manager about it but no action taken. The second day I complained they totally ignored my calls and messages. If I could I would give this place zero rating. It was a horrible experience.」

「Security staff was friendly. Pool is free and inclusive but shower at the pool area does not have water. Toilet is stinky and dirty. There is a nice view of Manila bay, but the smell of Manila bay from the pool is really nasty. The unit was advertise as exclusive but has barely any kitchen wares. The only pot and 1 wok is very dirty. Floors were very greasy. The unit is dusty. The 2 bedrooms were advertized with 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed, but it was just 1 queen, 1 double and no sofa bed. 「I stayed for about ten days while visiting a nearby university. The staff were all very kind and readily assisted me whenever I needed help. The surrounding area was quite convenient, with local restaurants, convenience stores, laundries, and cafes all within walking distance. The room was also well-equipped with a microwave and an induction cooker, making it easy to prepare meals in the room. If I have a similar opportunity in the future, I would definitely choose to stay here again!」
