We are there for a short visit of Pinas and attend wedding with my family members. Was not able to explore the whole area. We just sleep, bathe and stayed for a while mostly we go out. Nearby SM Bicutan is good for shopping and eatery. But the traffic is terrible

The help was outstanding ! Ari had information about places to see and things to do. The Paris Beach Club Cafe had wonderful food and staff was very pleasant . The other onsite restaurants served good food at a very reasonable price and the pizza place was very tasty !! Security for the limited access property always made you feel secure but in a most friendly way. Overall a wonderful month !!!

The property and surrounding areas were amazing, but the service and staff were terrible, and do not understand the need for good customer service and how to treat paying guests/customers. They are arrogant, rude and very unfriendly.

Do not stay here!

Arrived and checked in. The room, kitchenette and bathroom were filthy. There was one window mounted air conditioner unit that was right next to the bed. There was mold in the bathroom and the shower door fell off when I tried to open it and the drain to the shower was plugged. The representative/agent said that he would make sure I got a refund and he never did get me a refund.

The location is nice, but get ready for hidden fee for housekeeping cash on the spot will charged per day. Bed sheets not clean smelled like someone just using it. Found hang bath towel in the closets. The kithen vent is not working.
