“My room was on the 6/F facing the pool on the lower floor - at 6am, music from the pool bar was playing loud enough to be heard from my room. As I checked in late the evening before, I did not approve of the early wake up call. The breakfast buffet was chaos reincarnated - little kids running underfoot with no supervision and it was excessively priced for what you get. The free shuttle has very limited hours but the GRAB is easily available all throughout Manila. Rooms are very clean, beds……

“The front desk and helpers are very helpful. The biggest complaint for me is on the 5th floor, the hallways smell like sewer. It smells so bad that the you can smell it inside the room. I complained to the front desk and they offered to move us but we were already checking out the following day. We turned on the blower in the rom but that thing is ridiculously loud.”
