"Courteous staff"

"Nice place to stay, very convenient as it’s walkable to NAIA terminal 3. Dining is not a problem as there are lots of options around the area like McDonalds and Gerry’s Grill to mention a few. Nearby a Catholic Church. Staffs are very professional, check-in is quick. Lobby can be pretty crowded as it’s small. And only a few seats to accommodate the crowd. People are just standing while luggages are also crowding the area. It has free parking. Will likely recommend to friends and family if crowd is not a problem for them."

"Stayed overnight. Was able to sleep so bed was good and comfy. My main concern is b the bathroom sore which is moldy, I have to use my feet to slide it. Pls change the door as it is not good for health. You can literally see more of the molds at the back as it is reflected in the mirror, rm 715. Go check it. "

"The rooms are good. I do believe they could us some maintenance. The outlets are very loose. Trying to plug in a phone is difficult when the plug falls out of the jack. The gyms is ok The treadmills need maintenance. One hasn't worked for nearly a month - yes we have come back a couple times."
