「I stayed for about ten days while visiting a nearby university. The staff were all very kind and readily assisted me whenever I needed help. The surrounding area was quite convenient, with local restaurants, convenience stores, laundries, and cafes all within walking distance. The room was also well-equipped with a microwave and an induction cooker, making it easy to prepare meals in the room. If I have a similar opportunity in the future, I would definitely choose to stay here again!」

The condo is equipped with a microwave, stove, fridge, thermos, iron, ironing board, tv and fast wifi, has hot water in the shower and ac in the room is cold. Host is very responsive and helpful. 「Excellent accommodation in Araneta City. The check-in process was a breeze, and the instructions from the host were very detailed. Any problem we encountered was addressed by the caretaker promptly. The unit is very clean and spacious, and the staff were very helpful and cordial. The unit is very close to shopping malls, restaurants, and the metro. Our family is very satisfied with this accommodation and we highly recommend it!」
