"It was a big hassle checking in. Lobby receptionist doesnt know about my booking via hotels. Com. I even contacted Juan via hotels.com chat but had a miscommunication as well. I called the property contact person and was able to Answer me after 45 minutes. Finally, Mac (care taker) came and checked us in. He is very Nice and apologetic. Room needs to Be sprayed because there are small Cockroaches and ants. The faucet needs to Be fixed. Also The aircon is leaking from The bedroom. I Love their...

"The service was wonderful from the minute I arrived. Never opened a single door but my hotel room and the lobby bathroom. Always attentive to my needs while eating at the breakfast buffet or when I was at the bar. A simple glance around to look for staff I felt they saw me before I could find them. Never felt pressured to rush even when I arrived late for my breakfast. When I was having issues with my TV I had staff up there within minutes I mean like less than 5 and were helping me fix the issue. Provided plenty of filtered drinking water ( I drink a lot ) and when I asked for more they doubled the amount! Amazing experience. Will 100% come again!"
