The hotel is close to the airport and the Mall of Asia, which is a plus. Overall, cleanliness is okay, but their bathroom, specifically the shower room, could use a thorough cleaning. Also, the hot-water shower needed fixing; it was requested but not addressed. Other than that, the hotel is in a good location, and everything else is ok.

This is not my first visit to BayPrime, I always appreciate the helpfulness of the staff and look forward to the crisp clean room when I arrive. I'll definitely stay again on my next trip to the Philippines.

Very nice hotel all round. Only issue of note was the restaurant was too small. Was far too busy at breakfast. Had to forfeit one because I was asked to sit with someone else and then told to wait. I found the restaurant was understaffed at these busy times and buffet items were running out. Not the staff's fault. Swimming pool was great. Metro a short walk.

New hotel, very clean, and the room smells good. It’s also larger than average, and the beds are comfortable. The downsides: the breakfast buffet was crowded and understaffed (maybe because it was New Year’s Day). They ran out of cups and glasses, couldn’t refill food fast enough, and service was very slow. I even left without waiting for my change. Check‑in was slower than expected. They scanned our passports, did paperwork, and had us sign a contract. It took two staff members, and the supervisor was scolding her team in front of guests, which felt unprofessional—though she was polite to us. Housekeeping was excellent and responded quickly when I requested extra slippers and a toothbrush. Location is very near NAIA airport. Overall, our stay was good. The hotel is new, the staff are still learning, and they may need to improve their check‑in process.

This hotel was very nice clean. Staff where excellent. Only issue was the people in room next to me ? Come back to room 230 am loud music and then 4 am start to fight argue very loud. DRUNK ORHIGH I SUSPECT

This was my second time staying at Bayprime hotel. Great hotel with great amenities it is among my favorite hotels in Manila. Ayala mall within walking distance although you have to cross a major road to get there. Breakfast buffet is a good value, staff is friendly and always available, and beds are super comfortable. Rooms are what you would find in a hotel 3x the price.
