Courteous staff, you have to ask for towels as there were no towels when we went in the room. Lobby in the day seems to be busy, noisy during renovations & AC seems lacking in the lobby hotel. Good hotel room size and location was suffice close to the airport.

I requested the shuttle in advance and there was a confirmation stating the date and time of the arrival of our flight. No instructions on how to find the shuttle. Many messages later, no response received. Then, the flight got delayed by two hours. I tried calling the hotel, messaging - no response. Fortunately, had a local ride share app Grab installed which helped us to reach the hotel. On the way back, we requested the shuttle to pick up us at a specific time. 10-15 minutes waiting - still no shuttle. "the driver is coming back". Booked Grab again for a peace of mind. Less than $10 and almost no wait. Do NOT book this hotel only because of their shuttle. The hotel is very noisy, soundproofing is bad.

I’m American and I travel; you get your moneys worth here ; the old saying you get what you pay for. I travel alot and for a hotel this is a poor uncomfortable place to stay, buyer beware. It should be called Hotel Rwanda. Plus they do not give refunds back. Spend the extra bucks and stay elsewhere. First and forever last for me. I want to give negative 5

Excellent stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very close to the airport. The free airport shuttle service was on time and very convenient, which made my trip stress-free. Staff were friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The room is clean. I didn’t expect that there’s hot shower. I got used to the refreshing tap water when showering. It’s good though for people who need it. Staff is courteous. It’s very convenient going to the airport.

The hotel is not ready for business! Lobby has no AC it was hot so was the only functioning elevator. They offered breakfast but no breakfast when we called to order cuz they did not have a chef. It’s so noisy cuz it’s right on a busy street. It’s not convenient to anything. All of our food was thru grab. We asked foe iron and they said they did not have One!!! Lobby staff were the only one working cuz she manned the front desk and checked our rooms before she checked as out.
