The airport shuttle for Sktport stops after 6:00 pm. Our flight arrived at 7pm. We had to arrange for other transportation to the hotel. Additionally, I paid for four breakfasts and the hotel staff only would only allow for two of the breakfasts. I had to pay $33 U.S. for the two extra breakfasts. On the upside, the hotel, including the rooms were very clean.

We stayed in this hotel the night before our early morning flight to be close to airport. We only slept there. The room was clean, they have free shuttle to airport running from 6 am-6pm which we used once. Although we tipped the driver almost twice as much we would pay to Grab. Three points to improve their services: I did not like that they did not had Kleenex tissue in the room which I don’t think it’s a luxury. Also they only had one bath towel for us two although we did not shower there but they should have had enough towels. They have electric kettles in the room but no teabags or instant coffee. I don’t think most travelers carry these things with them.

Das Restaurant war geschlossen . Das Frühstück muss serviert auf einem Teller zwingend auf das Zimmer serviert werden . Da gibt es für zwei Personen aber nur einen Stuhl und keinen Tisch ! Kaffee gibt es nur auf ausdrückliche Nachfrage ansonsten gibt es gar kein Getränk . Milch im Kaffee kostet Aufpreis ! Nie wieder !

I decided on this hotel due to its close proximity to the airport and the included shuttle van service which did not disappoint. Stayed only 1 night. Room was clean as it should be and the staff were professional. Included pre paid breakfast tasted great and was adequate. Heard a lot of street noise throughout the night even though our room is on the 3rd floor but we’re not light sleepers so this wasn't a problem. Just wanted to mention that there is no walkable shopping malls or fast food places nearby so plan on using a food delivery app like we did. I will not hesitate to choose this hotel again due to its value.

Courteous staff, you have to ask for towels as there were no towels when we went in the room. Lobby in the day seems to be busy, noisy during renovations & AC seems lacking in the lobby hotel. Good hotel room size and location was suffice close to the airport.

I requested the shuttle in advance and there was a confirmation stating the date and time of the arrival of our flight. No instructions on how to find the shuttle. Many messages later, no response received. Then, the flight got delayed by two hours. I tried calling the hotel, messaging - no response. Fortunately, had a local ride share app Grab installed which helped us to reach the hotel. On the way back, we requested the shuttle to pick up us at a specific time. 10-15 minutes waiting - still no shuttle. "the driver is coming back". Booked Grab again for a peace of mind. Less than $10 and almost no wait. Do NOT book this hotel only because of their shuttle. The hotel is very noisy, soundproofing is bad.

I’m American and I travel; you get your moneys worth here ; the old saying you get what you pay for. I travel alot and for a hotel this is a poor uncomfortable place to stay, buyer beware. Excellent stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very close to the airport. The free airport shuttle service was on time and very convenient, which made my trip stress-free. Staff were friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
