"John and Graizel at the restaurant stood up. They asked us if we had a request and made me my favourite Tortang Talong. They made us so special and that well have a great experience at Seda. Although everyone were so nice and hospitable. Food selections were great aa well. Even the lounge on the 24th floor staff were amazing and security guards as well"

Reymar and Joel provided a warm welcome and a smooth airport pickup. John Paul and the housekeeping lady assigned to my room ensured it was always immaculate and comfortable. Rhom, who often took my late-night room service calls, was consistently cheerful and accommodating even at 2 or 3am. And David from concierge went above and beyond to make sure all my requests were promptly fulfilled.
