「Amenities wise, good. Only missinsg is the LAUNDRY SERVICE. I love that there is already Mang Inasal in the same building. As always, staffs are very helpful. Room may need to be FULLY TERMINALLY CLEANED as corners and under bedside tables were noted to have dust otherwiae cleaners are very responsive. This is I guess my 7th ot 8th times check in just this year and I will still stay in this hotel as they value their customers very much.」

「The hotel is very close to a major street, therefore, very noisy. There is no partition between the shower and the toilet, therefore, the toilet gets all wet after a shower. There is a step up of a little more than a foot from the living room to the bathroom, this could pose a danger if not careful. There are several resteaurants right around the hotel, therefore very convenient. Shuttle to the airport is a plus; though there is no shuttle from the airport as advertised. 「Close to sm Fairview mall Staff are nice, the guards ,kitchen staff, front desk , the helper they are very nice . The only concern everyday we have full of garbage we want to throw right away so the is room is clean but we have to wait longer time to clean just the thrush bin . Hope there a big garbage can in every floor that way in case the guest wanted to throw their thrush they can just put outside and that could save the helper.」

「The environment and service are good except for the room cleaning time. daily room cleaning was slightly late. They did clean the room during afternoon after 3 pm. We were surprised with that. 」
