Ortigas Center 4 Stars Hotels

"This was my 3rd time staying here and I will continue to ALWAYS stay here when I want to be in the BGC area. Shoutout to Wency, Ishy, JR, & Ced! You were all phenomenal. My superstar recognition goes to Yushane who was running the breakfast floor with such urgency while still being accommodating and kind! I’m not sure what her position is but she looked like she was running that entire dining room. I was watching her and it was almost like a ballet of service as she was positively commanding the room via her team and the guests. Bravo!!! "

"I have pretty high standards of Hotels. Grand Westside Manila Bay did not disappoint. A beautiful Hotel that appears to be built in 2024. I wish it was warmer do I could have enjoyed the pool. Great breakfast buffet. Definitely better to book breakfast with your stay. I believe it was $22 per room vs 1500 php ($25 usd) per person if paying the day of at hotel. Very clean hotel room with upscale environment. Close to Mall of Asia. I would definitely stay there again."

"This was my second stay and as before all services and amenities were great. However, I would recommend prohibiting smoking in the SP or designating a specific area for smoking. "

"Spacious and clean rooms, excellent customer service. Everyone was eager to please. Kudos to the check in staff, concierge and Cafe astoria esp John Marc. We had the 2 bedroom suite which we enjoyed, gym and buffet breakfast with many options. Loved our room on the 31st floor even though the elevator was a little slow. Walking distance to Edsa Shangrila and Megamall. Grocery and restaurants nearby. "
