「Every time I stay in Y2 when I came to Manila. Hi love the location and service for aY2 hotel. But now this hotel was changed and became not friendly. When I asking the reason, the official response is new hotel policy. If it make the hotel better and more lovely, that you I’ll be good move. But it makes the hotel not so good as before. I didn’t enjoy my stay for this time and I may not go here anymore 」

「The room was clean and the a/c was nice and cold-bring something to sleep in. My bed was aligned to the window so I got a great view of Makati. The traffic on the elevators was pretty heavy but you got where you wanted to go. It's not too far away from the red light area for a grab ride- get this app BTW and a Sim card OR connect up to airport wifi.overall, a great stay but keep your texts with the host ready and make sure everything is clear.」

「The staff was amazing to me as I visited my family in the Philippines, helping with with any request and arrangements. They also upgraded my room which was very appreciated. I will be going back regularly to visit my family and will be happy to stay at the Jazz Towers again. Beautiful views of the city, great location with everything a person needs in the Jazz Towers complex and associated shopping mall including a supermarket and great restaurants such as the Viking Buffet and Dumpling...

「The room was very clean and great location also great amenities. But the noise from near by Night club/bar was so loud (base sound) from 10pm-3 or 4am - I had a hard time sleeping!」
