“The location is truly convenient, just a short walk from the meeting spot I had in mind! However, I was disappointed to find it unclean and unpleasantly odorous, with a persistent cockroach problem that I find intolerable. The property owner should consider updating her online photos to more accurately reflect the current state, as they depict a much nicer space. If she could refurbish or give it a thorough cleaning to eliminate the smell and pests, it would significantly improve the experience.”

“The washer dryer combo machine did not work well, need block out curtains because of all the lights in surrounding buildings which are in all night. The sink in the kitchen does not drain properly. The place is nice and fairly clean, no AC in the hallways and the elevator, it has a kind of unpleasant smell and warm. The staff downstairs were excellent and very respectful and helpful. The elevators were efficient and fast.”
