This is the worst place I have ever stayed. I cannot sleep in peace, and small cockroaches were crawling around. The bed sheet is so old and yellowish. The washing machine was not functioning, and the shower tap was not in the best state. I have taken a lot of pictures to support my facts and am happy to send to you. I like to ask for some monetary compensation where possible, as it has been the worst stay I ever encountered . The plugs were generally hard to use as I needed support to get my phone charged. It's just terrible

The location is truly convenient, just a short walk from the meeting spot I had in mind! However, I was disappointed to find it unclean and unpleasantly odorous, with a persistent cockroach problem that I find intolerable. The property owner should consider updating her online photos to more accurately reflect the current state, as they depict a much nicer space. If she could refurbish or give it a thorough cleaning to eliminate the smell and pests, it would significantly improve the experience.

Easy Check-in since room key was left in lockbox with a passcode, however the room was Cockroach Central! Immediately upon entering the room for the first time you can see all the roaches scurry away. Unfortunately the room was not what it seemed like in the photos. The Expedia.com pics must have been several years ago since many items in room were broken (toilet bowl, curtains, etc. Location was great and many places within walking distance. Room was very affordable yet has some places for improvement. I think since the Trash room was located across the hall from our room caused the insects to enter our rental. We made the best of it for our short stay.

Cockroach infested! Cockroach cockroach everywhere I have to leave faster than I cone. It’s a dump! You can get a five star accommodation cheaper than that rate.

The location of the place was close to everything within walking distance, however the toilet was acting up while we were there. The condo also took a while to get cool which was not ideal given that the weather was 35 degrees.

Simple necessities not available such as dishwashing, toiletries, salt/pepper. The only bonus that can be appreciated the 7/11 is down stairs but its not convenient if you’ve only got 1 card to access the room.

the property had bugs in it, smelled of mold. bathroom had no soap or shower products. The property is listed to have a pool, but turned out it was closed the whole time i stayed. If i knew the pool was not open I would have stayed somewhere else. The host ignored me when I questioned the pool closure.

The listing advertised accommodations including one queen bed, three double beds, one sofa bed, and one single bed. However, upon arrival, the unit only had one queen bed, one single bed, a sofa bed, and an extra mattress placed on the floor. This is a significant discrepancy from what was advertised and materially affected our stay. In addition, the condition of the condominium was unacceptable. The unit was not properly cleaned, and we encountered roaches and other bugs in multiple areas, including the closets, kitchen, and bathrooms. We had to request insect spray ourselves, which was only provided after raising the issue. I raised these concerns with the host/property management, but they did not offer any reasonable resolution or even a partial refund despite the misleading listing and poor sanitation.

I was not given any information about which tower and unit number beforehand, so had to contact the property on arrival. Luckily I received a response within 30 mins. Make sure you contact the property before arriving. For the price, in BGC it's hard to beat. The unit is 2 bedrooms and 2 levels, though the living room is quite tiny. I think with just a few tweaks, the stay would have been much more comfortable. Extra towels (and bigger towels) as well as face towels for the bathrooms, for one. If you are staying multiple days, you may want to bring your own. Had some trouble getting the water heater to work. AC in each room worked well. Some of the common areas (elevators and hallways) are quite run-down, but I'm not sure if this is typical of condotels in Manila. The complex does have a laundromat but it requires 48hr turnaround. 7-11 downstairs is very convenient. The lobby guards are friendly.

The room that this account provide has a cockroaches problem, we address the issue and they offer to change us but the other two rooms available also had the same problem, and it wasn’t just one, we saw many. The rooms are all faded wall and broken cabints, not at all as seen in the pictures. There was also cockroaches in the hallways. The showers are very very dirty. I do not recommend, They need to be taken off Expedia.

After flying for 18 hours I was really looking forward to staying at the COZI loft but unfortunately for some reason I was told by the front desk manager and by the agent that my name and reservation was not in their system even though I showed them my itinerary, my confirmation from Travelocity and a copy of my payment. So I was left to run around BGC looking for another place to stay. I will be filing a complaint to Travelocity and expect an explanation as to what happened and most of all I expect my money back.
