Wonderful concierge, transport desk, and check in staff. Friendly, professional, warm, and welcoming. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options, and the staff were friendly too. The breakfast buffet staff work diligently. Any requests to our room were immediately accommodated. Chose this hotel based on friend's recommendation, and we cannot wait to return!

Staff and amenities are absolutely fabulous. Hands down. The food is fantastic. It’s very rare a hotel will have great customer service and great food but the grand Hyatt has everything down to perfection. Will be staying here from now on. We had the 2 bedroom suite and I didn’t want to leave the room. The bed and pillows are so comfortable.

Staff was amazing, place was super clean. We did have one issue with the TV which would turn on and off every so often. Other than that that place is 10 out 10. We have the privilege of eating at the peak, the food is 10 out 10. Also we got a complimentary breakfast at the gran kitchen and that place was amazing as well.
