「Avoid the restaurant at all costs... 90% of the menu is unavailable including ALL alcoholic beverages except 1 cheap wine option. Even though ALL the liquors and wines are displayed, they are for display only. The rest of the hotel was absolutely phenomenal and in a perfect location. Staff was amazing and the room was better than other places in Manila. I will stay here every time in the future. But I will just avoid dinning there. But there are amazing restaurants near by so this is not...

「Hands down best place to stay when in Manila. Easy to communicate with the owner. Unit was clean and well-provided with the things I need for my stay. Prettiest view of the bay. Location is conveniently located near malls, stores, restaurants, etc. Wifi is strong. Smart TV in the living room. Cooking and dining needs provided. Love this place!」

「In koreatown in manila, and only after I got there did they inform me I was in the middle of the red light district...so not going out at night seemed to make sense....every single business had its own security guard in front,...day time was not a problem, and lots of good food within steps of the door, but the police and security guards were busy.... I had a lot of tours outside the area which helped, but overall not a good place for families」

「I booked this place expecting a regular private condo as advertised, but it turned out to be a shared apartment with two other guests. I had to share the bathroom and kitchen, which was never mentioned clearly on the website. The owner refused a refund when I tried to cancel, even though the pictures online were completely different from the actual property.
The room smelled awful, and I was so uncomfortable that I booked another hotel that same night. This was a very disappointing and...

「For such a rate, I’d run to 5-star hotel or to Tropicana Suites just close by with complete amenities and breakfast, swimming pool and gym. A huge living and dining area and full kitchen with lower rate.
Yucky toilet and a shower room you can barely stand. Owner’s representative makes you feel like a thief that shows arrogance as if we are in dire need of their unit.
I’d strongly suggest to rather find somewhere else.」
