「Cynthea, the person who checked me in, is very helpful and responsive. The room was clean and in good condition when I checked in. But when I went out the next day and returned in the afternoon, the room was not cleaned even if I put up the “make up room” sign and there was a strong cigarette smell. Someone had obviously entered my room and smoked inside.」

「The condo is small but has everything you need for a short stay. The air conditioner was noisy and a little weak to handle the heat. We had it set at 18 degrees. The bathroom is dark and no hot water for the shower. Bath mat and toilet could be cleaner. The bed is ok, with some old well used sheets. I didn’t use the kitchen but there are dishes and other utensils. The washing machine works well thankfully. No concierge service, only a security guard and a receptionist to help with check in. First of all, I booked the property 2 weeks in advance, yet when I arrived the host said she had no record of my booking. (She subsequently found it, so it wasn’t an issue with hotels.com) The property requires a QR code to access the property, but since she “didn’t know about my reservation” this was never provided.
