“Costumer service is ok but the room is too small for 9 person. I paid a room for 9 person but I a room for 4 person. I think I got rip off. Our 2 nights stay was terrible. No hot water in the shower”

“Our stay there was nice. The room was smaller than the picture we saw, and it had necessities BUT no extras. It has a comfortable bed, a good shower with plenty of hot water and good pressure. No frig, drinks, coffee, pot for boiling water, etc. I think their approach is good! They do the essentials well and even helped us extend our stay, watched our bags, etc. There is a 7-11 and restaurant attached so it convenient. It is also close to Robinson Mall. Be aware it is in the Korea town redlight……
