“Lovely, grand hotel. Rooms are a bit dated, and fresh, lighter coloured furniture would be preferred. Bed was very comfy. Shower screens rather than shower curtains would be preferred. Nice touch to have biscuits and water in the room. If fridges were added to the rooms, that would be good too. Lovely lobby, bar and restaurant area. Breakfast was brilliant and the scrambled eggs were delicious and golden! The smoothies and yoghurt granola pots were great too. Hotel is in a great location and……

“I experienced some difficulty at check-in.
The agent at the front desk apparently was unable to pull out my reservation for more than 5 minutes. I had to show it to them on my laptop...which did not help them.
Then another agent came along and located my booking in no time.
I think they should have offered me a free breakfast for the inconvenience (but they never did).”
