Staff are extremely nice and accommodating. Only complaint i have is that water is not warm enough for showering. Otherwise the stay was excellent. A for cleanliness and the breakfast was extremely good.

Overall, the hotel is nice and well located. Unfortunately, our stay was ruined by two nights when the fire alarm suddenly woke us up. The second time, it went on and off for at least half an hour. We had to take the stairs down from our room on the 6th floor and then go back up, as the elevators were not working during the alarm. We had an excursion planned for the next day, but I couldn’t enjoy it because I didn’t sleep at all after the disturbance.Also, a note about the complimentary drink offered if you choose the green option for room cleaning: the voucher says you can take anything you want from the lobby bar, but when you order, they inform you afterward that only certain drinks on the menu are included. This forces you to pay for what you have already ordered.Additionally, hotel management never acknowledged these incidents nor apologized, instead pretending that nothing happened.

The room was perfect! So clean and compact. When I checked in Daniela was really lovely but she appeared to be the only person dealing with guests/customers. Two other staff sat in the tall benches. I waited an hour and a half for my food. When the food did come it was beautiful.

Great location. Within walking distance of several attractions. Bedding in room was confusing and did not fit bed properly. Overall place was clean. Breakfast was definitely sub par. Only hard boiled eggs and Irish sausage with 2-3 deli meat slices and 3 cheeses. Breakfast was most definitely not worth the money!

The hotel was in a great place for exploring Dublin. The staff were delightful and check-in / check out was really easy. I also asked if I could leave my small case in a safe area after checking out, so I could visit a few more sites and collect it again before my evening trip back to the airport. The hotel was spotlessly clean with quirky, comfortable areas on the ground floor to relax. The one missing star was purely because there was no kettle in the room. Each floor has a galley with tea / coffee making facilities (with vending machines on the top floor). The downside is that this was all in packaging with paper cups. I also didn’t feel particularly comfortable pootling along the corridor to make a morning cuppa in my nightwear! An option of requesting a kettle would’ve turned this visit into a full five star review.

Wij kunnen het verblijf in dit hotel van harte aanbevelen. De ligging is uitstekend: het hotel bevindt zich op slechts tien minuten wandelen van het levendige Temple Bar en nabij het centrum van Dublin. De kamer was modern ingericht, heel netjes en erg schoon — precies zoals we hebben gehoopt. Het bed was comfortabel en zag er degelijk uit. Bovendien zorgt de regendouche, het goede bed en de geluiddichte ramen voor een aangenaam verblijf. Het personeel verdient ook een compliment: gastvrij, vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
