“There were problems from the beginning.Nobody to help with the luggage.Rude staff,especially the manager of the hotel.I made reservation for Amelia superior,which is four stars.The food in Amelia restaurant is one star.Awful.The room is good,spacious,but not verry clean.For all our stay they did not clean our shower cabin.I bought a bath cleaner and clean it myself.After we made a complaint,they moved our breakfast and dinner in four stars restaurant Flamingo grand.And suddenly after our……

“Es war ein günstiges Hotel. Kein 5 Sterne Hotel. Das W-LAN hätte besser sein können. Alles sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr zentral. Personal Top. Das Essen, naja. War 2 Wochen dort. ”

“We had a great time and a positive experience in general. The location of the hotel is perfect - close to the beach and the main strip. At the same time it's in the quiet more family-oriented part of the resort and it was quiet at night. The food was quite nice as well and there were beer, drinks and ice-cream/snacks throughout the day. The negatives - this is not a 4 star hotel. It looks and feels more like a 3* hotel. On the balcony there were rust spots and bird poo which was not cleaned.……

“Sehr schönes Hotel. Die einfache aber sehr zweckmäßig Einrichtung der Zimmer hat uns gut gefallen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden und werden persönlich geregelt. Besonders gut hat uns das Frühstück und das Abendessen gefallen. Der Service war hervorragend. Die Getränke an der Bar waren preisgünstig und ein Weinglas war auch normal gefüllt mit einem Viertelliter.”

“This place do not give it a miss my family and i usually go spain but this beats them all, amazing food,entertainment,and the facilties lile water slides different pools burger and unlitmed pizza before the crazy buffet with something new every night. Private beach which is kust so cool with a bar and access only for your hotel which makes you feel like a vip.”

Les deux jeunes femmes à la réception sont charmantes, parlent parfaitement anglais, sont professionnelles et efficaces. Tout l'établissement est tenu de manière remarquable: les abords, les espaces communs et les chambres sont d'une propreté irréprochable. Les chambres sont spacieuses, bien équipées, dotées d'une bonne literie, parfaitement……

“Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und nicht mehr auf vier Sternenniveau. Das Essen war solide, jedoch nicht kreativ und abwechslungsreich. Des Personal ist sehr jung und zu 100 % unmotiviert. ”

“This hotel is part of a large complex of about six hotels. Half of which are closed. It is at the far end and is the smallest and closest to the beach. There is no pool so you have to use the one two hotels further along. There are plenty of sunbeds on local beaches and the terrace. The lobby is very attractive and our room, which had a large balcony, was comfortable, clean and well appointed. The food is plentiful but uninspiring - not dissimilar to motorway service area standard. The hot……

“We were there during Covid time in Europe the staff was wearing mask to keep us safe. Everything clean few times a day. The staff was helpful if you were having question. The room was clean, the swimming pool area was also clean. Overall we have a nice family stay. ”

“The food quality was not great, we did go during off season so the outdoor amenities were not in order, however we did manage to swim in the outdoor pool only because we could handle the cooler water”
