「I paid so much money for my bath tub not to work and never get fixed. Then my shower was barely working. When I told the front desk they didn’t help me at all. They didn’t offer to move me. They sent someone and they said they’ll come the next day and never did.」

「Wir waren sehr enttäuscht vom Hotel und vom Essen. Die Zimmer und die Räumlichkeiten sind grundsätzlich sehr schön jedoch in der Wartung vernachlässigt. Das Essen hat nicht geschmeckt.」

「The hotel was quite extensive, with a lot to do. A restaurant, a pool, and a nature center. It was about a 20 minute walk from the beach. My suite was very large. 6 rooms total. And it had a veranda balcony overlooking the sea. The bed was very old and squeaked. But it was decently comfortable. Breakfast was good quality with a wide variety of items. The location is a bit out of the way, so you can't really get there by public transportation. Overall, it was a good stay.」
