MiniSmart is a modern brand-new-built residential complex offering secure investments with guaranteed rental income. The property is situated in a quiet residential area just out of Balchik - one of the most picturesque cities on the Black Sea coast and only 29 km to Varna.

The main idea of our MINISMART complex - is the maximum efficiency of living space. Everthing, from the design of the building and the location of the apartments to the internal configuration is subjected to one goal: to make the use of small space efficient and convenient!

MINISMART professes the concept of European boutique hotels: small ergonomic furniture, ideally located zones, clever use of light and surfaces (wall shelves, built-in light, a minimum of furniture), a smart kitchen and a smart bathroom - that have everything you need, but it takes a little space!
