The hotel is old, nothing done inside from centuries! The food is the same every day, every year! No AC in the rooms, old furniture, floor carpets and broken fittings in bathroom. The best part, the cheep price and position of the hotel.

Regret ca am ales acest hotel din cauza personalului de la receptie.Am facut rezervarea pe hotels.com in aceasi zi cand am sosit la Hotel Dobrudja.Cand am ajuns la receptie am arat dovada confirmarii platii,iar cei de la receptie dau din umeri si imi spun senin ca nu exista nici o rezervare pe numele meu.Lipsiti de profesonalism se faceau ca suna nu stiu pe cine,isi dadeau telefonul unul la altu sau cautau in calculator ,iar raspunsul era de fiecare data ca nu apar in sistem.Le-am cerut sa sune la hotels.com si mi-au spus ca nu vor si sa rezolv eu problema ca nu la ei am facut rezervarea.Dupa ce am sunat in tara la banca unde mi-au confirmat ca bani au fost luati din cont,am sunat la hotels.com,in nici cinci minute operatorul care a dat dovada de promptitudine si profesionalism a rezolvat problema.Tin sa mentionez ca abia dupa o ora au rezolvat problema ca apaream in sistem,dupa o ora plina de nervi si frustrari.Ce faceam domnilor daca va ascultam si plecam de la hotel ?Unde erau banii mei?Ii mai recuperam vreodata?In concluzie,lasand la o parte toate cele intamplate la sosire,ma-am simtit minunat .

This Hotel has a great and friendly staff that helps you at all times during your stay and you feel almost at home. Great location as well with a beautiful garden upfront, very good meals served! We stayed with a 2 years old child, who enjoyed it very much. We recommend this Hotel and Albena resort.

Never come back

The room was apparently clean, but at the midnight I had to chase 3 cockroaches. Also, there are spider webs on the corners of the room. You can smell the mold from the hotel corridor. I will definitely not come back to this hotel again!

Very bad room and bathroom, dirty, old and damaged furniture,some bugs and bad smell on entire hotel. Wi-fi only in the lobby. If you need a hairdryer you have to deposit 10 leva at the front desk.This is a 2 star hotel.I DO NOT recommend. .

My trip to Albena

The people are very friendly and helpful. They try their best to help and the location of the Hotel is formidable in addition to the food and swimming pool, shopping area ...etc. The room is modest and they have Wifi in the main reception area, but I suggest to add it in rooms as an additional expenses (e.g. 5 Levi / day)

とても大きいホテルで、ロビーなどが広い（だだっ広い）ので驚きました。10階で、黒海に面した部屋で、眺めがよかったです。冷蔵庫があり、無料の水も置かれていて、よかったです。エレベータが古い感じでしたが、他の口コミに書かれているほどひどい設備や部屋でなく、朝食も普通によかったので、満足しました。

The rooms in this hotel.

This hotel is by far the worst i have ever stayed in. The rooms are filthy dirty. Brown water coming out of taps, mould in the bathrooms. The rooms are never cleaned. Insects crawling around the floors and walls. Stains on the floor and ceilings from water leaks. Blinds falling off the windows. Carpets never hoovered or cleaned. No tv, no phone, air conditioning not working. Safe not working. Windows could be fully opened very dangerous for children. Carpets in hall falling apart, rubbish not collected. Rubbish left in hallways. Lights not working in hallway, very dangerous. this hotel is absolutely dreadful. i heard from a local that this hotel is shutdown for seven months of the year and only opens up again in May. I would never go back to Bulgaria based on my experience in this hotel. The food was not good either, mould on the desert and food not cooked correctly. there is just to many bad things to say about this hotel. This hotel should be closed down until it is fully renovated. There is serious health and safety issues with this hotel. it is only a matter of time in my opinion before something seriously happens.The doors in the hallways were opening and closing with the wind blowing up the stairway. Some of the windows did not open or close properly. The list goes on. An absolute nightmare.

Rooms look nothing like the photos

We chose this hotel because the rooms looked really nice in the photos but when we got there we were disappointed: old furniture, a smelly room. We asked them to change it, the first room didn't even have an air conditioning system. The second one was similar, but had air conditioning. We left because we could not imagine staying in those rooms for five nights.
