location of this house is great. love the openness of living, dining, kitchen area. porch is fabulous. the crofter without a shower or bathtub was problematic for our family's needs. i didn't read carefully enough to realize that the crofter space lacked full bath. Beds were comfortable. probably would not opt to stay at Shifting Sands for that reason. Perfect if you have a lot of small children who can really take advantage of the bunk room.
