Mother’s Day Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful stay. We came to BHI for a 3 night Mother’s Day getaway. The home was exactly what our family needed. The location was great and the house was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Shell Cottage is in a quaint spot in the woods, yet only a few minutes to the beach by golf cart. We found the place quite comfortable and in immaculate condition. We'd stay there again!

Great location, great use of space

We so enjoyed our visit. We loved the location, the two golf carts and the layout. We made all our meals and the compact kitchen really worked. We will come again!

Nice stay at Shell Cottage

Shell Cottage is a lovely home on a quiet street on BHI. It worked quite well for a couple visiting the island for a long weekend. Owner was super communicative, quickly responding to any inquiries. Cottage was clean and nicely furnished. Master bed was very comfortable.

Empty Nester Get Away

We dropped our two boys at college and headed straight to BHI! Shell Cottage was the perfect place for just my husband and I. We loved our stay and the house is in a great location.

Perfect location

Perfect for our family of three for a week at the beach! Great location on the island, well-maintained house. Golf carts and bikes in great condition. Stocked with beach chairs and toys. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely stay

Our family (with 2 teenage daughters) had a wonderful stay. The cottage was lovely and clean and had lots of essential amenities. The host was amazing with response time to any concerns. We also really enjoy the part of the island that this cottage is in.
